Same Day Delivery is a service we offer to Yonkers Residents Only. The Same Day Delivery order cutoff time is 1pm; you'll see that at checkout. Orders placed after the cutoff time will deliver the following day.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 days depending on product availability. Express shipping options are available during checkout.

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with FedEx and UPS. Business days are Monday-Friday

To ensure a quick delivery, orders are processed daily and orders cannot be changed once your payment is complete.

• Excessive return history.
• Suspicious returns history of damaged or misused products.

Virgin hair refers to hair that is completely unprocessed and intact. Virgin hair must meet rigorous standards not being dyed, colored, bleached, chemically processed in any way. It comes from a single donor and all the cuticles are intact running in the same direction.

Virgin Hair can last 2 years and more depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it.

All of our human hair extensions can be dyed, straightened and curled. But our advice is not dying and straightening or curling it too much, otherwise it will become dry, easy broken…just like our natural human hair.

Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oils or heavy styling products. Ask your stylists for more tips.

Human hair has natural proteins. It is easy to tell by applying heat taking note of the smell. Synthetic hair will burn when heat is applied. Virgin hair may have very little gray hair and split ends. It is normal but not a quality problem

1. Use a 100% silk bonnet when sleeping (included)
2. Hair should be installed by a licensed stylist
3. If tracks are cut during install, they should be sealed.
